What

Develop a marketing strategy and campaign assets to support Mylos Foundation’s upcoming city-wide dog sterilization program, Project Impact.

Why

A focused outreach and fundraising approach will help mobilize donors, activate communities, and ensure this critical intervention is both well-supported and sustainable.

About the Organisation

Mylos Foundation has been rescuing injured and abandoned street dogs and facilitating adoptions for over two years. While these efforts continue, the organization is now focusing on long-term impact through Project Impact – a city-wide sterilization initiative aimed at reducing the suffering of street dogs by addressing overpopulation at its root. With a newly built shelter that can house up to 2700 dogs, Mylos Foundation is prepared to lead this effort at scale.

What You’ll Work On

Marketing Strategy:

  • Define target donor segments and position Project Impact to secure their support

  • Plan outreach approaches to activate volunteers, veterinary partners, and local communities

  • Identify relevant digital and on-ground channels to build awareness

Campaign Messaging & Materials:

  • Craft a content roadmap that communicates the project’s urgency and long-term benefits

  • Create sample outreach assets – emails, flyers, social posts, and campaign visuals

Implementation Plan:

  • Recommend a rollout timeline with milestones and tools for tracking performance

  • Suggest engagement touchpoints to maintain momentum over the life of the drive

You’ll work closely with Mylos Foundation’s founder and on-ground teams to ensure the strategy is locally rooted and action-ready.

What’s Already in Place

  • A large-capacity shelter capable of supporting a full-scale sterilization program

  • A team committed to expanding impact through preventive care

  • Local veterinary partners and field knowledge of high-need areas

How This Will Help

The right strategy will help Mylos Foundation:

  • Secure ongoing funding for the sterilization drive

  • Ensure community participation, which is key for smooth execution

  • Raise public awareness about humane approaches to street dog population control

By supporting this project, you’ll help set the foundation for a more sustainable, compassionate future for street animals in the city.

What the Final Output Could Look Like

  • A targeted marketing and outreach plan with donor personas and messaging

  • Sample collaterals for email, social media, and local engagement

  • A phased action plan with platform/tool recommendations and measurable goals
