Rang Karwaan is a women-led theatre and arts-based organisation that creates collaborative and exploratory spaces where community members. particularly women and children, can build self-awareness, question oppression, and co-create solutions to local issues.
Grounded in the Theatre of the Oppressed, their work centres dialogue, reflection, and community ownership. From rural villages to urban settlements, Rang Karwaan’s interventions have created space for young people to use the arts to explore identity, power, and possibility.

What You’ll Work On
You’ll work closely with the Rang Karwaan team to:
Develop a full program marketing strategy for the Art Retreat Program, from positioning to promotion
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and define pricing
Design kickoff promotional materials such as program brochures,flyers, and email templates
Support brand alignment to ensure consistency in visual identity and voice across collaterals
The program has been conceptualised and will be implemented by Rang Karwaan. Your work will help amplify it and make it more sustainable.
