Commencement: Following successful payment confirmation, the service delivery process will commence. The Company will contact the Customer's designated representative within 24-48 business hours to schedule a mandatory onboarding session.

Stage 2: Issuance of Access Credentials

Activation: Upon the successful conclusion of the onboarding session, the Company will provision the Customer's account.Delivery: Secure login credentials (username and initial password) and the portal URL will be issued to the Customer's registered email address. The issuance of these credentials marks the formal completion of service delivery.

To facilitate a timely and efficient delivery process, the Customer is required to: Provide accurate and current contact information for the designated representative. Cooperate in scheduling and attending the onboarding session. Ensure that emails originating from the [wedogood.in] domain are whitelisted to prevent delivery failure.
